Sanding Discs
Our Sia Abrasives disc lineup covers every stage of the finishing process across multiple sizes, hole configurations, and backing types:
- 1550 Siapower Hook & Loop Discs — Available in 5" and 6" with 0-hole, 15-hole, 48-hole, 57-hole, and 81-hole configurations. Grits range from 040 to 800 for everything from heavy stripping to fine clear coat prep.
- 1950 Siaspeed Hook & Loop and Adhesive Back Discs — Available in 5" and 6". Hook & loop grits span 040–1500; adhesive back grits span 040–600. Film backing on finer grits delivers a uniform scratch pattern for lacquer keying and polishing prep.
- 7500 Sianet Net-Backed Discs — Available in 5" and 6" with open-net ceramic aluminum oxide construction for up to 95% dust extraction. Grits from 080–400 for dust-free sanding on wood, automotive, and industrial surfaces.
- 7940 Siaair Foam-Backed Discs — Available in 5" and 6" with hook & loop backing. Foam construction conforms to contours for consistent wet or dry sanding. Grits from 360–2000 for paint correction and pre-polish finishing.
Sanding Pads
- 7983 Siasponge Flex Sanding Pad — Flexible foam-backed pad in medium, fine, superfine, and ultrafine grits. Conforms to curves and contours for automotive, woodworking, and industrial use. Sold in packs of 10.
- 6120 Siafleece Non-Woven Sanding Pad — Open-web non-woven pad in coarse through general purpose grits. Resists clogging and conforms to complex shapes for scuffing, blending, and surface prep. Sold in packs of 60.
