Blowtherm Paint Booth Filters — Ceiling Blankets, Bag Filters & Door Seals

Blowtherm is one of the more common spray booth brands you'll find in automotive and industrial paint shops. Their filter setup is a little different from other manufacturers — most notably, the pre-filters and secondary exhaust filters on many Blowtherm models share the same dimensions, which makes stocking and replacing them more straightforward.

Depending on your booth model, intake filters are mounted on the ceiling or wall. Below is a breakdown of what we carry.

Filters

Ceiling intake blankets

Blowtherm downdraft booths pull incoming air through a blanket-style ceiling filter. We stock standard Blowtherm ceiling blanket sizes and offer a custom-cut option for booths with non-standard openings — enter your exact dimensions at checkout.

Space Saver bag filter (23.25" × 35.5" × 8")

A pocket-style bag filter used in Blowtherm Space Saver booth models as both a pre-filter and secondary exhaust filter. Sold in boxes of four. Because the pre-filter and exhaust filter are the same size on these booths, one product covers both positions — useful if you want to keep a single replacement on hand.

Truck booth pre-filter (19.5" × 36.75" × 10")

A deep-pocket bag filter designed for Blowtherm and GFS truck spray booths. Sold in boxes of two. Sits at the first stage of filtration and catches larger debris before it reaches the main intake.

Door Seals

Booth door seals wear down over time — a compressed or cracked seal lets unfiltered outside air in and allows overspray to escape. We carry three options for Blowtherm booths.

Blowtherm door seal — pre-2007 models

A foam-style seal sized for Blowtherm booths manufactured before 2007, sold in 10-foot lengths. If your booth is an older model, this is the one to check first.

GFS-style door seal

The same profile as the GFS door seal, which also fits a number of post-2007 Blowtherm configurations. Sold in 10-foot lengths.

Neoprene rubber door sweep strip

A 1/4"-thick flexible neoprene strip for sealing the floor gap at the bottom of booth doors. Available in 4" and 8" widths, in 10-foot lengths. Compatible with Blowtherm and most other booth brands.

How do I know if I have a pre-2007 Blowtherm booth?

The model year is usually on a data plate inside the booth door or on the main electrical panel. If you cannot locate it, the door seal profile is a reliable indicator — pre-2007 models use a specific cross-section that differs from later designs. Contact us if you need help identifying it.

Can I use the Space Saver bag filter in both the pre-filter and exhaust positions?

Yes — that is the intended setup on Blowtherm Space Saver booths. Both positions use the same 23.25" × 35.5" × 8" filter, so a single box of four covers one full replacement of both positions.

My Blowtherm booth has wall-mounted intake filters, not ceiling-mounted. Do you carry those?

Some Blowtherm models mount intake filters on the side wall rather than the ceiling. Use the product filters above to browse by filter type and size, or contact us with your booth model and we can confirm the right fit.

Do you carry filters for all Blowtherm booth models?

We stock the most common Blowtherm filter sizes. For less common configurations, the custom-cut ceiling blanket option covers non-standard intake openings. For exhaust or pre-filter sizes not listed, contact us with your model and dimensions.
