Paint Booth Fiberglass Exhaust Filter Pads (50 Pads)
Regular priceFrom $7350Unit priceIn stock (26 units)
Fiberglass exhaust filter pads are the most widely used exhaust filtration media in professional automotive and industrial spray booths. Constructed from 22 g/ft² progressive density fiberglass with a sealed surface, these pads sit in the exhaust pit or floor panel and capture paint overspray as air exits the booth — protecting exhaust fans and ductwork from paint buildup and helping facilities meet environmental compliance standards.

Fiberglass vs polyester exhaust pads
Fiberglass pads are the cost-effective choice for most spray booth exhaust applications. They provide reliable overspray capture and are suitable for the majority of automotive refinishing and light industrial coating operations. Polyester exhaust pads offer a longer service life under heavier spray loads and are better suited to high-volume production environments or operations using high-solids materials. Both are compatible with standard 20×20 and 20×25 exhaust grid configurations.
Replacement interval
Exhaust filter pads should be inspected monthly and replaced every three to six months depending on spray volume. A heavily loaded exhaust filter restricts airflow through the booth, reduces the system’s ability to maintain proper negative pressure, and may allow overspray to bypass the filter and reach the exhaust fan. Replace before the filter reaches full loading capacity to avoid these issues.
