Fiberglass Rolls

Fiberglass exhaust filter rolls are a cut-to-length exhaust filtration media used in spray booth floor exhaust systems and plenums. Constructed from 22 g/ft² high-loft fiberglass with a sealed surface, the roll format gives shops the flexibility to cut exact lengths for any exhaust opening size — eliminating the waste and fit issues that come with pre-cut pads that don’t perfectly match the pit dimensions.

Fiberglass roll vs pre-cut pads

Pre-cut fiberglass pads are convenient for booths with standard exhaust pit dimensions. Rolls are the better choice when your exhaust opening is a non-standard size, when you want to minimize waste by cutting exactly the length needed, or when you go through enough filter media that buying in bulk roll format is more economical. Both use the same 22 g/ft² media — the difference is purely format and flexibility.
