Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-sized filters may require additional processing time depending on specifications and availability.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or supply delays, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you if there are significant delays affecting your order.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Package dimensions

  • Destination

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (when available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.


Custom & Oversized Items

Many of our products are custom-cut or made-to-order, including filter blankets and specialty sizes.

Because of this:

  • Shipping costs may be higher due to dimensional size

  • Certain items may ship via freight or oversized parcel carriers

  • Additional handling time may apply


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada (additional duties and taxes may apply)

For Canadian orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

We may require:

  • Photos of damaged items and packaging

  • Carrier inspection (if applicable)

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement if necessary.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional fees may apply to reroute or reship packages.


Returns & Shipping Costs

Due to the custom nature of our products, most orders are non-returnable.

If a return is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
