Engineered to fit Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) spray booths right out of the box, this F5-grade tackified polyester ceiling filter delivers consistent overspray capture and uniform downflow across the booth ceiling. GFS operates the largest installed base of paint booths in North American collision repair — these blankets are cut to the exact ceiling-plenum dimensions used across the Ultra and Performer product lines.

Usage & Care

Replace ceiling filters every 3–6 months depending on production volume and paint type. High-volume collision centers running Ultra XP1 or Ultra XD booths typically change quarterly; Performer ES installations and lower-volume shops may extend to every 6 months. Monitor pressure differential at the booth control panel and replace immediately if loading exceeds spec.
