• 240 Grit — Aggressive foundation sanding and shaping. Ideal for cutting through body filler and establishing surface profiles.
• 360 Grit — Medium-fine shaping of primer fillers and scuffing paint for adhesion.
• 500 Grit — Initial sanding of primer fillers and medium-fine surface leveling.
• 600 Grit — Fine prep on primer fillers and E-coat preparation before topcoat.
• 800 Grit — Surface preparation on primer filler for a smooth base before color coats.
