Keep your legacy Spraybake booth running with this F5-grade tackified polyester ceiling filter, cut to fit the standard ceiling-bank dimensions used in Spraybake's UK and Canada-manufactured spray-and-bake booths. Spraybake spray booths are no longer in production, and OEM replacement parts are increasingly difficult to source — these aftermarket blankets are an exact-spec replacement that lets you keep painting without retrofitting your booth.

Legacy Booth Support

Spraybake was the UK's leading manufacturer of spray-and-bake booths through the 1980s and 1990s, with over 6,500 booths installed globally — including customers like British Aerospace, Short Brothers, GKN, and the Ministry of Defence. Many of these booths are still in daily service. We stock filters specifically because the OEM no longer does.

Usage & Care

Replace ceiling filters every 3–6 months depending on production volume and paint type. Legacy Spraybake booths often have manometer or pressure-differential gauges from the original installation — change filters when readings drift outside the booth's original spec, or at the quarterly mark for high-volume shops. Monitor closely; aged booth airflow systems are less forgiving of restricted filters than modern direct-fire downdrafts.
