Replacement Cadence

Replace ceiling filters every 3–6 months depending on production volume and paint type. Chronotech and Master booths running high-throughput waterborne cycles typically benefit from quarterly changes to preserve drying-cycle consistency; lower-volume installations can extend to every 6 months. The DGT Manager software on equipped booths will surface pressure-differential changes early — change filters before E.P.S. flags compromised airflow.
