Compliance-ready filtration. Our ceiling and intake filters are UL 900 Class 1 fire-rated (NFPA 33), and our exhaust media carries published 98%+ overspray-capture ratings (EPA NESHAP 6H). Read our compliance guide.

Spray Booth Shop is your one-stop source for professional paint booth filters for automotive, industrial, and commercial finishing operations. Whether you're running a high-volume collision center or a precision custom shop, the right filtration is what separates a flawless finish from one that needs to be redone.

Our filter catalog covers every position in the airflow path — from ceiling intake blankets that clean the air entering the spray zone, to exhaust bag filters and fiberglass pads that capture overspray before it exits the booth. We carry filters sized for all major booth brands including Garmat, GFS, Blowtherm, Spraybake, USI Italia, Accudraft, Binks, DeVilbiss, Eagle, and Nova Verta, as well as universal options that fit a wide range of configurations.

Filter types we carry

  • Ceiling blanket filters — Polyester intake filters for downdraft booth ceilings, available in brand-specific sizes and custom-cut to order
  • Intake panel filters — Rigid SBS Class F5 panels with internal wire frames for structured ceiling filter banks
  • Green tacky filters — Tackifier-coated intake panels for superior dust adhesion and particle capture
  • Exhaust bag and pocket filters — Deep-pocket polyester filters for USI, GFS, Blowtherm, Accudraft, and other booth exhaust systems
  • Fiberglass exhaust pads and rolls — 22 g/ft² fiberglass media for high-capacity overspray capture, available in standard pads or cut-to-length rolls
  • Polyester exhaust pads — Longer-lasting alternative to fiberglass for heavier spray volumes
  • Andreae filters — High Efficiency and UCUBE 300 cardboard-construction exhaust filters with near 100% filtration efficiency
  • Charcoal and HEPA specialty filters — Advanced filtration for odor control, powder coating, and precision air quality applications
  • Mesh pre-filters — Reusable metal mesh first-stage prefilters for Garmat and compatible booths

How often should paint booth filters be replaced?

Ceiling intake filters should be replaced one to two times per year under normal operating conditions. High-volume shops that spray daily should inspect filters monthly and replace as soon as airflow feels restricted or the filter face looks visibly loaded. Exhaust filters typically need replacement every three to six months depending on spray volume and material type. Running a booth with loaded filters restricts airflow, causes pressure imbalances, and leads to contamination in the finish — consistent filter maintenance is the most cost-effective quality control step in any paint operation.
